About Us
Lovely Beginning
Crêpe et Amis was founded on a love for culture and a desire to share it with the world. Our founder travelled to Paris, France on his honeymoon with his wife, where they indulged in the splendor of French lifestyle. He was allured to the beauty of Paris, but also saw the value in their cuisine, especially in the crêpe. With this love of a food that was naturally only found internationally, he decided to share it with the Midland community by bringing the taste of Paris home.
Our Team’s Mission
We strive to make Crêpe et Amis a safe space for others, in a way that we describe as “your third happy place.” Our team looks after our customers and provides a welcoming environment to all, while bringing the comforting tastes of French cuisine overseas and to your plate.

Susan has been working with us for 3 years and crochets as a hobby.
Tucker Roberts (and Rex)

Worker 2 is apart of our team of crepe artists. They enjoy walking the rail trail with their dog, Rex.
Tara Nara
Manager
Tara is one of our managers who keeps the team on their feet. She loves to read a good book on a rainy day.
